IsoProfil carrier profiles stand up to everything they are designed for. With the minimum of material and the right choice of material, we produce the sturdiest constructions for every application.
Adapted to the demands made by our customers on their products, we calculate, design and produce carrier profiles with optimum form and function – even for heavy-duty applications.
The advantages of carrier profiles
- In close consultation with our customers, we design support profiles that live up to their name. We determine the most optimal geometry for the product and thus achieve - with the minimum use of material - the highest degree of load-bearing capacity.
- For our aluminium carrier profiles, we use an easily weldable and anodisable aluminium alloy. The working temperature range of these profiles lies between -196° and +50°C.

Carrier profiles – FAQ
IsoProfil has developed special pressure connectors for its aluminium carrier systems – a high-strength screw connection that can be easily separated again. Machining of the aluminium profiles is no longer necessary and assembly costs can be considerably reduced.
Steel profiles are the right choice for extreme loads, e.g. in hall constructions; where vibrations and oscillations occur, as they have a higher inherent damping; at very high temperatures or in contact with chemicals; and, with a view to costs, in large projects with thousands of identical profiles/applications
