Aluminium is eminently suitable for the production of special and custom profiles, because this material has not only excellent shapeability; it is also easy to process and has very high strength, despite its low weight.
In addition, it is corrosion-resistant, a property that makes aluminium particularly interesting for vehicle construction and architecture.
On request, we can also manufacture your special aluminium profile with an anodised finish or other suitable surface finish.

Standard profiles are manufactured in standardised or commonly used dimensions. Special profiles are developed specifically to customer requirements and can be individually adapted in terms of cross-section, material, tolerances and surface.
Yes. For special profiles, we can optimise the design together. Material usage, weight, stability, manufacturability and costs, for example, can all be taken into account.
The cost of a die depends largely on the profile cross-section, size, complexity, alloy and die design. Simple profiles are generally less expensive than complex multi-cavity profiles. Once we have checked your drawing, we can provide a specific quotation for the die.
Depending on complexity and capacity, making a die typically takes several weeks. Once the technical requirements have been checked, we can give you a specific date for the die and the first samples.
