With our investment in the new Elumatec SAS 142/44 automatic saw, we are expanding our manufacturing capacity and creating additional options for the precise and efficient machining of metal profiles.
The new automatic saw delivers high cut quality with low-burr results. The machine shows its strengths particularly when machining larger profiles. In addition to aluminium, it also allows us to machine brass and copper reliably, further broadening our range of services.
Precise machining, even for larger profiles
The generous cutting range allows us to machine a wide variety of profile cross-sections.
Depending on the profile geometry, profiles with dimensions of up to approx. 350 mm in width or 160 mm in height can be sawn. The combination of profile width and height that is actually possible depends on the cutting range of the machine.
The automated sawing processes ensure high repeatability and enable productive and economical machining.
Large quantities and different lengths can also be produced quickly and efficiently. This allows us to handle customer orders even more flexibly while further optimising our manufacturing processes.
