"Some really good news"
Bleak financial prospects for Wuppertal? By no means. Mayor Peter Jung presented the city's ambitious consolidation efforts to family entrepreneurs in the region…and managed to win them over.
"He's one of us!" With these words, Gevelsberg entrepreneur Axel Vollmann welcomed the Lord Mayor, in view of his family business background, as well as the 60 invited guests. The business network wanted to hear at first hand how Jung intends to lead the city out of the financial crisis.
