Here it is not just the selection of materials in line with technical requirements that counts, but also the optimisation of the profile geometry for long-term technical reliability and cost-effective further processing.
Prototype manufacture
The profile geometry created and calculated according to your specifications is developed in compliance with all tolerance requirements before the preparation of corresponding technical drawings of the parts.
After that comes the prototype manufacture, at which point change requests can still be accommodated. The prototype can also serve as a template to carry out further adjustments in the manufacturing processes.
Following your approval, we will commence series production.
Design – every profile has its own character
Designs range from structured to high-gloss surfaces. Other options include coatings, for example chrome, nickel or thick-film gilding, imitation wood, carbon, or finishing with liquid paint or powder coating.
We have a selection of reference samples which you can request at any time. IsoProfil employees will give you competent advice in our showrooms or by request they will gladly go to your location.

Maintenance
We recommend that you conclude a maintenance-service agreement, in particular following delivery and installation of the manufactured products. This way, you ensure permanent access to the product you acquired from us. The deployment of our maintenance and service team is freshly coordinated every day and specially assessed to determine the processing sequence. Service example:
Monitoring and in the case of an individual order also the adjustment of the tubing profile guides to the profile-framed glass roofs of cruise ships.
