Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this website in accordance with § 7 para. 1 DDG (Digital Services Act) under general law. In accordance with §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
This shall be without prejudice to obligations to remove or disable the use of information in accordance with general law. Any liability in this respect only exists, however, from the time of becoming aware of a specific infringement. We will promptly remove this content as soon as we become aware of such infringements.

Liability for links
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties on whose contents we have no influence. We cannot therefore accept any liability for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the website is always responsible for the content of the linked web pages. The links were checked for possible infringements of the law at the time they were added to the website. No illegal content was recognisable at the time of creating the links.
Continuous control of the content of the linked web pages is, however, not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. We will promptly remove such links as soon as we become aware of infringements.

Copyright
The content and works on this website created by the website operators are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, processing, dissemination and any type of use beyond what is permitted under copyright requires written consent from the respective author and/or originator. Downloads and copies of this website are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
Insofar as the content of this website was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties have been complied with. In particular, third-party content has been identified as such. If you nevertheless notice a copyright infringement, please contact us to point this out. We will promptly remove such content as soon as we become aware of infringements.
