Happy Birthday IsoProfil!

IsoProfil celebrates its 30th anniversary

IsoProfil, the family-run company founded in Wuppertal in 1983, is celebrating its 30th anniversary this month. Managing Director and founder Dieter Sander fondly recalls when he first founded his company and looks to the future with enthusiasm.

Even the name of the company, "IsoProfil", allows us to draw conclusions about its earliest origins. It all began with spacers for windows made of insulating glass; these spacers were known in specialist circles and among laymen alike as "the isoprofile". Sander recalls, with a smile, the times when the market increasingly demanded "IsoProfil spacers". With an increasingly dynamic market, the company continued to develop and, today, besides its well-known spacers, the firm offers complete solutions for profile systems and their components – from development to series production – from a single source.
Such an ability to adapt to the market requires a high degree of flexibility and a willingness to take risks. Under these circumstances, success can only be achieved if the team sticks together, and the entrepreneur is proud of the support and loyalty the team gives to the organisation. On the occasion of this anniversary, two employees are also celebrating one and four decades of years of service: Ralph Raillon has been in charge of technical customer advice and production for 10 years and his colleague, Karin Stötter, has been working for IsoProfil since the company was founded in 1983.
"Together, we have achieved a lot and celebrated successes. And we ourselves have also developed, along with IsoProfil," is how Sander sums up his experiences.
